Most people don't think about the aerodynamics of their saddle, but real racers leave nothing to chance. Wind tunnel tests are limited, but the right saddle can reduce drag up to 1-3%. The tests were done without a rider, but it's okay to forget about that.

One thing is for sure, a properly made aerodynamic saddle will give you at least as much savings as this thing.
